BE YIN YANG WEEKEND with Dominik Trznadel
On Friday you can attend an excellent Yin yoga class from 19.00 - 20:30, Saturday and Sunday are reserved for Dominik's four new workshops.
This two day weekend of workshops is an introduction to Yin Yoga, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), MFR (Myofascial Release) and AcuYin practice.
They offer familiarisation with the main principles of Yin and Yang Yoga, acupressure and MFR techniques. During the workshops students will deepen their knowledge and learn different techniques for processing mobility through yoga positions.
Gentle stimulation of the energetic system (following the TCM system) and fascia is used to improve mobility and sleep quality, minimise muscle pain, and allow you to relax and unwind.
The workshop is suitable for all practitioners regardless of their level of experience and knowledge. The workshop offers hands-on experience, turning theory into practice.
AcuYin Yoga (Saturday) 11:00 - 14:00
The workshop will introduce the most important principles and concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in combination with yoga. It also explains the rules of this art both in theory and in practice.
This AcuYin workshop will introduce the principles of the AcuYin practice and deepen one’s understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga.
Spring Traditional Chinese Medicine Yin Yoga (Saturday) 16:00 - 19:00
This workshop introduces the spring season and its element of wood in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It’s aimed at everyone interested in balancing their body and mind throughout the spring season, focusing on the wood element in Yin Yoga practice.
Yin-Yang Yoga (Sunday) 9:00 - 12:00
This workshop will introduce the most important principles of the ancient practice of yoga in combination with modern science of movement therapy and the Daoist concepts of Yin and Yang.
Learn how to release tension in the body and mind. Improve circulation and flexibility by a deep relaxation of muscles and connective tissues.

MFR (Myofascial Release). Deep Release (Sunday) 14:00 - 17:00
This workshop will introduce the most important principles and concepts of the ancient practice of Yoga (focused on Yin Yoga) in combination with the modern science of Myofascial Release (MFR). Our focus will be practice along the meridians focussed on the wood element of TCM.
Learn how yoga practice can increase energy levels, increase joint mobility and reduce stress.
Get to know the secrets of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) regarding personal growth and the emotional release of anger and frustration.
