He combines evidence-based physiotherapy with specialized breathwork techniques—including conscious hyperventilation, breath retention, and guided respiratory exercises—to help clients regulate their nervous system, release tension, and enhance physical and mental resilience.
Drawing on his experience as both an athlete and clinician, Andrew integrates movement education and elements of Kundalini yoga to support recovery, improve function, and cultivate mental clarity.
