In May 2026 we are organising Nataraja's studio first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in English.

We are still working on the schedule and the price, but if you are interested in it let as know as soon as possible.

The Teacher Training will happen if at we have at least 7-8 people.

Its going to be an intense course, every working day during May 2026 between 8.00-16.45.

Lead teachers: Nataša Rhind-Tutt (owner of Nataraja yoga studio) & Andrew Eržen (physiotherapist and a breathwork coach from Australia).

approximate schedule:
8.00-10.00 Yoga practise (Monday-Friday; every week different class: Monday beginners class, Friday advanced class: same for one week: focus on that week parts of the body and that week asanas) …. or Friday:  yin yoga or myofascial release or a workshop based on injury/ies topic 
10.15-11.15 Anatomy/Kineziology/Injuries (according to the week topic) …. all together 20 hours 
11.15-12.15 Pranayama/Meditation/Breathwork/10 different yoga breathing techniques/yoga nidra/tratak)
12.15-13.45 lunch
14.45-15.15 History of yoga (20 times half an hour:starting with modern yoga then going back to the roots)
15.15-16.15 Adjustments/Practise (learning how to adjust students/studying asanas/observing students/students teaching)
16.15-16.45 Yoga philosophy or teaching/practise (practise/teaching if needed) (or: theory of: chakras/gunas/bandhas…etc)
+ homework & reading at home


1st week: feet/knees/legs/hips… standing asanas, forward folds, 1st chakra, grounded
2nd week: core/chest/shoulders/back…twists, backbends, abs, 2nd, 3rd and 4th chakras, ego, creativity, compassion
3rd week: hands/arms/neck/head…inversions, chaturangas & planks, 5 & 6th chakras, voice, intuition, courage
4th week: whole body/fascia… 7th chakra, the connection, all is one

Teacher Training is approved by Yoga Alliance and Joga Združenje Slovenije.
