In this workshop, you’ll reconnect with yourself through breath, body, and movement. We begin with an energising yoga flow to awaken awareness, then transition into a fluid dance journey where movement becomes expression.
Guided by elements of contemporary dance and inspiring music, you’ll explore your own rhythm with ease and creativity and your freedom to move.
Open to everyone, with no prior yoga or dance experience needed—just curiosity.
After the workshop, there will be time and space to stay, enjoy some good music, conversations and the beautiful sunset together.
