In May 2026 we are organising Nataraja's studio first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in English.

FULL PRICE: 2.350 eur
The Teacher Training will happen with minimum 7-8 people.
Its going to be an intense course, every working day during May 2026 between 8.00-16.45.
Lead teachers: Nataša Rhind-Tutt (owner of Nataraja yoga studio) & Andrew Eržen (physiotherapist and a breathwork coach from Australia).

8.00-09.30 Yoga practise (Monday-Thursday: focus on that week parts of the body and that week asanas …. Friday: Yin yoga, Yoga for Sport, Bodyweight treining.
09.45-11.00 Anatomy/Kineziology/Injuries (according to the week topic) …. all together 25 hours
11.15-12.15 Pranayama/Meditation/Breathwork/10 different yoga breathing techniques/yoga nidra/tratak)
12.15-13.45 lunch
13.45-14.15 History of yoga (20 times half an hour:starting with modern yoga then going back to the roots)
14.15-15.15 Adjustments/Practise (learning how to adjust students/studying asanas/observing students/students teaching)
15.30-16.45 Yoga philosophy or teaching/practise (practise/teaching if needed) (or: theory of: chakras/gunas/bandhas…etc)
+ homework & reading at home
1st week: feet/knees/legs/hips… standing asanas, forward folds, 1st chakra, grounded + paddle boarding on Ljubljanica
2nd week: core/chest/back…twists, backbends, abs, 2nd, 3rd and 4th chakras, ego, creativity, compassion + painting party at ArtyParty
3rd week: hands/arms/neck/head…inversions, chaturangas & planks, 5 & 6th chakras, voice, intuition, courage + Gong bath
4th week: whole body/brain/fascia… 7th chakra, the connection, all is one....students teaching + dinner and diplomas
Teacher Training is approved by Yoga Alliance and Joga Združenje Slovenije.

Andrew Eržen is a Melbourne-based physiotherapist, breathwork facilitator, and former elite ice hockey player. He combines evidence-based physiotherapy with specialized breathwork techniques—including conscious hyperventilation, breath retention, and guided respiratory exercises—to help clients regulate their nervous system, release tension, and enhance physical and mental resilience.
Drawing on his experience as both an athlete and clinician, Andrew integrates movement education and elements of Kundalini yoga to support recovery, improve function, and cultivate mental clarity. His work bridges science and somatic practice, empowering people to move freely, breathe fully, and reconnect with their vitality.
